The Leslie Model 31H

The model 31H was made specifically for the Hammond Organ model's "B" or "C" and was the newer model over the model 31A which there were only minor changes mad in the amplifier design.

Like the model 30A, it also had a 35 watt amplifier using (4) 6L6 tubes in the output stage.  It wasn't until 1950 that Leslie designated letters at the end of the model number to indicate which organs they were intended for. (H) for Hammond, (W) for Wurlitzer, (C) for Conn.)  This model also use electro-dynamic speakers in it like the 30A.

It also used a 15 inch speaker for the bass rotor as well as the compression driver for the upper horn rotor.

The original horns in this model were made out of wood then later 31 series models used plastic horns.  The 31 series were also single speed (fast & off) however, there were provisions for controlling the rotors from the organ console (via the 1/2 moon switches.)
